Shipping Services

We send all items through Royal Mail tracking and special delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely and efficiently. Once your order has been marked shipped, you can email us to provide you with tracking details. 

As it requires a signature please ensure someone is present to sign for the parcel otherwise Royal Mail will leave a 'Sorry you were out' card which will explain why they where unable to deliver the parcel and instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

We don't ship on weekends or Holidays. 

Standard U.K Tracked Delivery £3.50

2-4 working days (includes 1 day processing time as some pieces are handmade) 

International Tracked Delivery £8.99

All international orders are packaged with an extra gift estimated at 4-10 working days (includes 1 day processing time)

Express Delivery

If you are out of time and need your items tomorrow, we have you covered! We offer Next Day Delivery for £5 so you won't miss out. Email us for a code. Orders must be placed by 12:30 to ship out the same day. 

Refund and Exchange Policy 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges therefore we advice you are aware of these conditions before placing an order. 

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be truly satisfied with our products. If the item you ordered arrives faulty we advice to email our team and we will guarantee to replace the product.
